We were appointed and asked to carry out Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and HSG264 on behalf of a major Housing Group.
We undertook an efficient and highly professional Asbestos Management Service on behalf of the client and as a result of the quality service provided we were invited to offer competent advice on all Asbestos Matters particularly relating to the subsequent project management of the Removal of asbestos containing materials and provide employees and contractors with up to date asbestos awareness training.
The entire project was managed by an APEC Environmental ltd project manager and a dedicated account manager supported by our internal support teams within each of our regional network of offices and Laboratories who liaise directly with the client ensuring a high level of communication at all times and making sure the project runs smoothly within the agreed timescales for completion particularly ensuring fast and efficient Survey report and analysis turnaround that met the clients expectations.
Once our surveyors have completed the property Asbestos Refurbishment Survey it is uploaded onto our CAMS on line client database from which the client can access using a secure Username and Password and provides the client with direct access to the Asbestos survey and analysis report and any associated action plans whether on a single property or a national portfolio of properties giving the client a full audit trail with the ability to export onto excel for management reporting
